"The staff were incredibly helpful. Being able to speak to them in Japanese puts Japanese people at ease. The hotel is very clean. It's easily accessible, perfect for sightseeing and shopping. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again."

Theres even a water cooler to refill our waterbottle, thats a great initiative! location is great, easy access to major mall/attraction in the heart of KL.
