"From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how modern and stylish this hotel is. My room was located on the 101st floor with breathtaking views of the Petronas Towers truly unforgettable. The rooms are beautifully designed, very sleek, and comfortable. The swimming pool and jacuzzi on the 99th floor are spectacular, offering a luxury experience with incredible views. Room service food was delicious and exceeded expectations. What really makes this hotel stand out, however, is the staff....

"Decent clean room, reasonably sized for two of us with luggage. Friendly and helpful staff. Note that the air conditioning is SUPER strong (or it was in our room anyway), so you may actually need to turn it off occasionally - even in the warm Malaysian climate."
