"Check in great $28 for parking nikea at front deal was excellent and super friendly room smelled weird when I first went I. Wasn’t sure if smoke or what I did tell housekeeper who was outside in hallways and she came and sprayed something room was decent view was great windows were super dirty so couldn’t really enjoy it "

"The staff at the front desk were accommodating and beyond helpful when we had car issues in the carport. The hotel was perfect for our trip and in the perfect location to walk around and explore."

"We liked the hotel but it is a little different from what we are used to. A little industrial verses warm and cozy. Staff were great and continental breakfast was typical items and good. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. My issue is the bathroom. No counter space or cabinets to put anything on and my biggest issue was the water pressure. It wasn’t good. Overall it was a good stay but not necessarily one we would go back to. "

"The rooms are clean and comfortable. But communication is poor. I booked a room through Expedia and selected a room with photos of a king bed and pullout couch. When I arrived, I was told that my room only had the king bed and was asked if I wanted to upgrade. I asked to change to a room with either 2 queens or a king with a pullout couch. Then they told me they were at capacity and had no other rooms, but they could make the change if I came back the next day. This same conversation happened the next 3 days. I don’t know why they would tell me I could change rooms the next day if they already knew they were at capacity. After all this, I was double charged after checkout. I called several times, was eventually transferred to the manager’s voicemail, and then was never called back. Thankfully I was able to work with Expedia and they helped me get the refund. The hotel is comfortable enough, but it is poorly organized. "

"The beds were super comfortable but the rooms were dated with tired bathrooms, and old carpeting in the large, main room. It was clean but because it was run down it didn’t feel clean."
