"Steps away from the West Brompton tube station / District Line that easily takes us to the heart of London attractions. Excellent service, they stored our luggage for free before and after check-in. We learned from the staff we can pre-book early check-in for a fee, we will do that next time. Breakfast selection is great for the price. Enjoyed our stay. "I took my mum to London for 3 days. I live in Canada and have not been to London for a number of years. The hotel was one of the options I could get booking from Canada, and was the most expensive option of the few I shirt listed. I was so happy we picked this hotel! The staff were AMAZING. They loved asking us where we had been and always made sure we knew where we were going and knew our tube route for the day. They really made my older mum feel very special and fussed over her bag carrying etc. After staying here, I will not stay anywhere else. Really made our little girls trip a fabulous trip! "
