"We could park all day to attend the Wimbledon championships no problems at all. Room clean but could do with refurbishing. Would call it a guesthouse not a hotel but very good all the same"
"I originally thought I had booked my room on this sight but when I got there they didn’t have my booking - totally my fault.
The lady at the front desk told me they did not have the room I was after, until I showed her that it showed available on this app. She then said she’d have to clean it. I found it odd that the front desk person had to clean the room but she did I guess. I could only assume that the sheets and bedding were changed and the surfaces were wiped. But the garbages had dirty...
"The pictures of this property are very misleading. The check in process was not clear and there is no one on the property to answer questions and no contact info.
Our room had things left from other guests and trash left behind. There were no blinds on the windows, which made sleep nearly impossible. The "free breakfast" was stale cereal, or so I'm guessing because, again, literally no one to ask. "

"Hotel is in a great location, close to the underground, cafes, restaurants and museums. Rooms and elevators are small and carpet needs an upgrade. I would stay here again!"
"I loved my stay here, from the beginning it was a lovely experience. I was upgraded to a bigger room and the staff were really friendly. The room was very quiet and I had a great sleep "
"Short walk to the tube and a neighborhood that has everything I needed. Premium Plus was worth it for the extra amenities such as King Size bed and Espresso Machine."
"New, clean, easy walk to Earls Court Underground station. Grocery just a block away for snacks. Held our luggage at checkout, no fee. Wonderful mattresses! Small rooms but designed efficiently. Price is a good value for London. Be aware there’s no lift and the stairs are very steep and difficult."
"Lovely hotel in a great location.
The staff member on reception was outstanding. So friendly and helpful, went over and above to make our stay as good as it could possibly be. "
