"Room was great! What stood out the most at Double Tree for me and my family were the Two wonderful and very helpful staff at reception ( Disha & Shamshad ). Every hotel in the world should have staff like them. They were so outstanding in their presentation at the front desk especially Disha, she helped us with all we needed to know about London and made our stay so sweet and memorable at Double Tree. We would go back to Double Tree in a Heart Beat💝. Thank you Disha!"

"Our stay at ibis London Earls Court was incredible. Kristian and other staff members were especially helpful and assisted us in checking in early, which was much needed after a long night of travel. The room was comfortable and clean and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job of taking care of the space every day. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling to London, and will stay here again when I return! There is a tube stop just a few minutes walk away, and a bus stop right out front."

"Mark was very kind to meet us for check-in and even helped carry our cases upstairs. Flat is very well equipped, and everything works as it should. Very clean too. The location is excellent - a stone's throw from the West Kensington tube and about 5 minutes walk from Barons Court (on the Piccadilly line for direct access to Kings Cross and LHR). Lots of small supermarkets and places to eat / take away nearby. On a nice quiet street. Even if some of the fixtures could be updated, this flat has so many good points we didn't mind. Thank you."
