"The first room we stayed in was horrible. There was something in the toilet, a neon straw so we put your hand down the bowl and removed it. The outlet by the microwave and coffee pot did not work, and the view was horrible, not what we asked for. We went to the front desk immediately upon arrival and asked for what we asked for beach view. The gentleman was very nice and asked that we unpack lightly and he would have us moved the following day!"

"The resort was beautiful and clean. The beach access is right out the door of the resort. The only thing they should do is include the beach chairs in your stay, you have to pay extra for them."
