"Great hotel with amazing breakfast and all staff was super friendly. Only item to improve is parking as the hotel relays on public parking and their rules. No flat rate for the stay you get in and out multiple times a day, you pay potentially twice the day rate. "

Newly opened adjoining Turkish Restaurant was also a bonus.
Had a night at the hotel both going & returning from a trip to Austria. Bed was very comfortable and Breakfast was a real treat!!"

"I received a strange email with option to upgrade my deluxe room to a junior suite. I just had to tell them how much I would pay for the 20 Euro upgrade. They never told me if I got the upgrade. When I checked in, I had to ask about the upgrade. No, the junior suite was sold out. When I checked out, they charged me for the upgrade that I never received.
Room was really nice with a beautiful river view. Food was excellent. Elevator was tricky."

Thought dining room shut for lunch as entrance looked deserted as opposed to breakfast which ( we did not choose) was served by door. Reception staff helpful with car parking but failed at check out to give garage exit card so spent sometime trying to work out system before returning to reception to ask for help.
