"From the first encounter with the front desk staff, who looked like she just rolled out of bed and was extremely unpleasant and unknowledgeable about the most basic features of the hotel, the stay was terrible and not worth the money. Almost everything was broken, from the hot tub to the elevators to the clothes dryer. The pool area had several hair weaves scattered around it from a previous guest. These were not cleaned up for days. The overall vibe was an extremely dated and tired hotel that either is extremely poorly managed and/or is seriously lacking in funds to spruce it up. "

"They were out of everything! No fruit! No muffins! Pillows had a terrible smell! Very dissatisfied! The shampoo and conditioner and lotion containers were very hard to use and one was empty! We stayed here before and no problems! Very disappointed this time!"

"It smelt like an animal shelter, it’s nice stores around. But the place is a Duck Off! It was a man and woman hopping the wall.. the entrance to the room is outside. Felt Very unsafe. 10 outta 10 Don’t Recommend! I had kids. Didn’t Chance It! "

"The rooms are nothing like the pictures. I was told those are old pictures we need to update them. There was supposed to be a jetted bathtub in the room, there was no bathtub in the room at all. I got downgraded to a room that was supposed to have a jetted bathtub, it had a bathtub no Jets. There were ants and other bugs in the room. Could hardly get Door Number One open to get in the building first thing I saw was a register/heater ducts hanging half out of the wall. Overall not impressed!"

"Staff was nice and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was decent. Only issue i have was the bottom of the pool cut my toes all to heck."
