I got a room without Windows on the level floor ! Are Windows extra options? I Don't think so, it felt like Prison The whole Night! Never Again!

All the staff was really nice, called three different taxi services when we were panicked for our flight. Restaurant staff super nice and helpful. Didn't like that they didnt have washcloths to bathe with but I am sure thats a europe thing and I am from America. Thanks for a great experience!

Excellent for Bromma Airport
We chose a windowless room because it was a short one night stay. The room and bathroom were small but well maintained and very quiet. The service provided by every staff member were exceptional. So kind. When we mentioned an early checkout the next morning they offered us a takeaway breakfast pack! Just a few metres to Bromma Airport, each to reach the rest of Stockholm because the tram is even closer and it takes you to the metro. Absolutely full marks and I would stay again without hesitation.

It is a good hotel, but they need to mention that when you rent a car and park the car at the hotel parkinglot, that you need to register the car lincense plate at the reception. We got a vine from 80 euros. And the hotel told me that we needed to prepare our vacation better because then I would have known.. very bad service about the parking.

Sad to hear that you feel that you got bad service about the parking although we contacted the parking company to cancel this parking fine that you got.

Plus: överlag bra hotell med serviceorienterad personal i både reception och restaurangen/baren. Mkt rent på rummen. God frukost med möjlighet att göra färskpressad juice eller våfflor. Möjlighet att boka två rum bredvid varandra då det finns en dörr emellan. Ligger direkt vid flygplatsen men är ändå tyst. Minus: lyhörd på rummen, rumsdörrarna knallar hård och det hörs överallt rejält.

Old tired hotel with amazing staff.
Old tired hotel. Not comfy and no aircon. Dusty and pretty dirty. Staff were amazing though but still will not stay again. Breakfast was pretty good.

Another great stay
Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel about 2½ years ago, and decided to come back for this trip because we knew we liked it back then. We were not disapointed this time either, staff is friendly and very helpful, hotel is clean and they make sure we have options for cleaning as well. Really recommend this hotel!
