"Excellent stay near ueno. Spacious for family of 4. It was near residential area but close enough to train station. About 15 mins walk to yamanote line and 10 mins to another. It's was more hotel than abb. No microwave and washing machine but everything else you need. Was a comfortable stay after a long day. Be cautious tho, we ending up on the 5th floor which was exhausting w/o an elevator."
