"Extremely friendly staff and very quiet and clean. Great for couples or solo travelers. You are right next to major station and walking distance from so many great areas in Tokyo!
Will stay here again! "
"Wonderful stay with a bath, a view, and wonderful room and desk service. Really liked this location, as it was proximate to many great food options and shopping. Much more enjoyable, convenient, and budget friendly than APA from my own experience!"
"A very clean, quiet, well equipped, hotel in a great location. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms are a nice size and the staff is fantastic. "

"The hotel is in a great location, directly across the road from a popular dining and shopping district and a couple of minute walk from Ueno station. Ueno park is lovely during Sakura season and also very close by. Cheaper than Shinjuku and Shibuya (about 35 minutes away by train) but still vibrant and lively. I’ve stayed here three different times now, and if I’m ever in Ueno again, I’ll likely pick the same place. The staff are always pleasant and professional and happy to help. The rooms are small, this is to be expected based on the location, but are always comfortable and clean. "
"Clean room with good amount of storage space under the bed helped to make the room feel bigger. The hotel was really well located, just short walk from the metro station and JR line.
Could have used make up remover and wipes with the room amenities and also an additional lift (although fast, was only 1). Also the TV switching on when entering the room was a little frustrating."
"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had an amazing view (we were on the 24th floor). The location of the hotel is very convenient to Metro. They gave us 2 bottled water everyday. We stayed for 4 nights and we will come back again next time we visit Tokyo. "
"Fantastic experience at this property. Clean, roomy, and walkable to anything you need including Ueno park. Easy access to akihabara and train/subway system. Will 100% be coming back on my next Japan visit!"
"Very comfortable stay during our 6 nights here, good selection of food items in the complimentary buffet breakfast, excellent view of the city including Tokyo Skytree from the 14th floor. Also offered free soba, sake and tea every night on the 14th floor. Extremely convenient location from several subway and train stations, as well as kombinis and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this as a great location. "
"The rooms were clean, quiet, and the curtains fully sun blocking, which made this a restful break from busy days of exploring Tokyo while being within convenient walking distance of quite a few train stations. "
"TRAVELERS: CHILDREN OVER 3 YEARS OLD COUNT AS ADULTS. EXPEDIA DOES NOT TELL YOU THIS.
I would highly recommend this place if staying for a long period of time more than two or three nights. The hotel is extremely walkable to okochimache station and the market nearby. The staff are very friendly and the amenities offered are well worth the value. Our room had an amazing view of the trains and Tokyo skytree which made the stay extra memorable. WILL DEFINITELY BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN 🙂"
