All the staff were 10/10 excellent. Facilities were great and the on property laundry area was a pleasant surprise! Everything was super convenient. And the location is perfect. Easy to get on any of the main transit lines and a short walk to Akihabara as well as some decent shopping in the Ueno area. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff. The hotel team, especially the front desk staff, were consistently nice, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and were quick to assist with any requests or questions we had. A special thank you to the hotel for the lovely birthday decorations prepared in our room for our younger daughter. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made her birthday extra special and memorable for our family. Overall, we felt very comfortable and happy during our 13-night stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We love our stay at Mimaru Ueno Okachimachi! The location was superb and so close to train station. Lots of dining options surrounding the hotel! The staff at this branch had been amazing!
