"When we arrived at approximately 5pm no one was on reception, and after having rang the bell on the desk a few times no one came so we went into bar/restaurant area and asked a member of staff who was very obliging and came to sort our booking out and issue our room key. Room was clean and comfy bed but some curtain hooks were missing so had to be careful on closing them."
