The executive lounge had a limited selection of snacks. The hot stacks were cold and one of the 3 choices was burnt and bitter tasting.no-one asked how our stay was and some staff didn't seem knowledgeable. Hotel was clean and quiet. Value for money and we would stay again if visiting Stratford

The room was clean and well presented, the bed comfortable and spacious, resulting in a good nights sleep. The hotel is in easy walking distance of Stratford's shops and theatres, and has all you need for a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and a special mention to Ben who worked diligently at breakfast time.
