"Our stay at Nova Hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was unclean, with a strong, unpleasant smell and visible mould on the walls and ceiling. The mould was so severe that our child developed a bad cough during our stay — It was an unhealthy and distressing environment for a family. This was truly a terrible and unprecedented experience. "Staff wasn't good in manner. Wifi provided was fake, totally couldn't use. No towels and shampoo at all, end up went out to buy purposely. The most funniest thing was, after check out the staff called and asked whether we took the towel. Luckily just stayed one night, and will nvr return again."
