"The hotel building was good but the staffs were unhelpful at all. Every time when we asked for help, the first response was “no or can’t do, because balabala….” They offered us whole fruits but couldn’t provide a knife for peeling or cutting. The worst part is in such a big hotel with internal restaurants, the staffs even couldn’t find someone to cut the fruits for us. That was bazaar. Secondly, they had the self-service laundry but even took up to 3 hours the washing dryer couldn’t dry up our clothes. When we asked for hangers, we were refused to provide the sufficient amount. Thirdly, the hotel was so big, and it was so easy to get lost to someone who was new to stay. Not just us, when other customers asked for directions, no staff was willing to take the customer to the destination. They just pointed the direction with more than 3 turns. The other customer ended up asking them to draw a handwritten map. There were 5-6 staffs in the lobby with no other customers to service but no one could take that customer in person. Overall, the hotel service was extremely poor. Not recommended."
