This property is clean stylish and spacious. The service is very impressive. The room is contemporarily decorated. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of food. There is also complimentary evening snacks service in the lobby lounge area. The French style hotel is really value for your money. Love the hotel. Will come back to see all the staff and the robot delivery machine.

The hotel is within walking distance to th subway. It is also just a few minutes drive to the Suzhou Railyway.The breakfast is good and the staff are courteous and helpful. I've enjoyed my stay there.

Amazing
I stayed for 2 nights, great hospitality and room is clean and comfortable. Nice selection of Breakfast Buffet. Hotel location is a walking distance from metro and mall is just down the street. Highly recommended to stay here when visiting Suzhou

Good location quite close to metro line 2. New hotel. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast had a good choice and reasonable quality. Overall very satisfied.

很棒
很舒適，可免費洗烘衣物，近地鐵站，附近走5分鐘有些餐廳及大超市。唯一缺點是飯店入口不在大馬路旁，去景點得一直搭車，不過，CP值算高~

酒店很新，性价比高 柜台服务可以加强，譬如办理入住时有人排队，几个服务人员还在柜台旁边的房间里面说笑，让住客感受很差，另外早餐选项相对单调 不过整体而言试一间性价比高的住宿选项

舒適酒店
酒店很整潔和現代感，性格比高，mercure 品牌一般都可以。淋浴水壓也夠，只是附近有建築工程，稍有噪音，隔音未完善。

Valued for money
It's not very close to the train station, have to take taxis or subway (1 stop), some areas are not allowed to walk through. There's a shopping mall across the big road, 10 mins walk. If you wanna stay walking distance to the train station then it's not a good option, but overall this hotel is valued for money.

性价比很高的酒店
酒店很新很干净，设施设计都很不错，床头有插座，电动窗帘，房间感应灯。离苏州火车站只有一站地铁。出门离万达广场很紧，附近还有一个大的生活广场。到苏州落落脚非常适合，价格便宜。

言葉が全く通じない。国際的なホテルを目指すなら最低限英語を理解できないと、さっぱり意思疎通ができず苦労した。 エアコンの設定も全くわかりにくいアイコン岳を見て操作するので わかりやすい表示と丁寧な説明がほしい。

매우 만족스럽습니다.
새로 지은 호텔처럼 보였는데, 그래서인지 로비, 룸, 식당 모두 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 특히 방은 크기가 넉넉하고, 전망이 좋았으며, 화장실은 깔끔하고, 수압이 좋고, 각종 물품이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 다만, 호텔 주변이 공사중이라 아직까지는 캐리어를 가지고 오고가기에는 불편함이 있습니다. 그리고 고시된 지도 상의 호텔위치는 Pinglong Road East와 가까워 보이지만, 실제로는 Pinghe Road와 더 가깝습니다.
