"This was a typical European hotel in the best way. Everything was clean and in order. There was a small nitpick, but not worth mentioning. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was much better than expected."

If you’re going into town Ubers are very easy to call or you can take the tram (stop located down the street). It is a bit away from town but it was very easy to get to and overall a very good stay! "Very convenient for the train station and central Lausanne, this hotel provided a large, comfortable, clean room with a fantastic view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. Breakfast was very good and plentyful. There was a coffee machine in the room. Some might find the decor and bathroom a little dated but we loved the grace and elegance of the room, which had a desk, 2 chairs and a sofa, as well as a fridge. The staff were polite and helpful allowing us to store baggage and check in early. "
