"This hotel has an excellent view of the lake and is across the street from the waterfront. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the Chapel Bridge. Our stay was a bit rainy but the hotel had umbrellas that we could borrow. We got a wonderful dinner recommendation from the front desk. Our room was clean, lovely and spacious. The hotel itself is stylish and charming. There is art everywhere—which is a nice touch. The only drawback was that parking was a little inconvenient (difficult when it is pouring rain) but other than that our stay was great.
The real strength of the property was its very friendly and accommodating staff. We would stay here again if we return to Lucerne."
