This is a Bed & Breakfast establishment, not a hotel - so my experience is judged in relation to other B & Bs. The concierge provided a warm welcome and was concerned my early departure the following morning meant I would miss breakfast - so she provided some early provisions for me so I would get a good start to the day. The room was a little Spartan but had most items anyone would require, even including a Gideons. Bed was super comfortable and room was surprisingly quiet despite nearby traffic. Location was fantastic in relation to railway station and dozens of amazing restaurants - just a 10 minute walk. I would choose to stay again if in the area.

I work in the area so i find BBB convenient. Yes it is an old place and probably has a lot of stories to tell. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Remember the price matches what you get and if you just want to lay your head down for the night then this place is economically perfect.

Okay Stay in Burwood

Good Location Easy access to burwood train station. Room was adequate for a training course near by. Under the bed had not been cleaned for a considerable time as there was quite a lot of dust and rubbish there. Breakfast was toast and/or cereal with a hot drink.

Great location

My friend and I stayed at the bnb for a concert at Olympic Park. Perfectly located to catch the bus into the Park and lots of great restaurants a short stroll away. Room was tidy and comfortable, and the extra bathroom down the hall was handy. Check in is actually from 3pm, not 2pm like booking sites state. Will stay again next time I see a show at Olympic Park.

The manager is rude and demanding. The room is extremely substandard. You are not made to feel welcome for the breakfast which was a avery poor offering.. If i was responsible for offeri g tbis establishment to my clients i would be most embarrased and remove them from the listings immediately. I have taken photos of many of the problems. Broken windows , lack of adequate clothing storage etc. And will make them available if required.
