The property was super noisy. There was a 2 inch gap between the entry door and the floor of the room. Constant woken up by people walking in the hall or cars driving on the street. The bathroom flooded due to the drain for the shower being 5 feet away from the shower. Extremely dangerous! When we mentioned the issue yo the front desk, the refused to do anything about it. We even asked for extra towels to clean it ourself and were denied.

We rented a family room, the AC worked on a timer so didn't turn on properly. The bathroom had insects flying around. We mentioned not to clean one of the days, they cleaned anyways. Beds weren't fixed so they rolled around every time you bumped into them.

Short bus ride to westfield and the train station, and loads of restaurants. Room has good space and facilities. Enjoyed our stay.would recommend.

Stayed here for 3 nights in December just after Christmas. Staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were a good size, with a small restaurant open for breakfast each morning that was very reasonably priced. Very easy access to Public Transport with a bus stop almost outside the front door, a short bus ride down to Burwood Train Station. Train run every 10 / 15 minutes into Central. Would stay here again.
