If you're looking for a budget hotel in the CBD then this is the place to book for sure. The staff were amazing. I was given a surprise upgrade when I checked in. The hotel is basic but the price and quality are exceptional. You are literally in walking distance to everything. The bus to the zoo is just down the street. The hotel was clean and quiet. I will definitely be coming back to the Megaboom again. Thank you for making stay in Sydney so enjoyable.

The hotel was well located.Close to shopping centre and restaurants. 5min.walk to train station. Hotel was clean.Room was a twin which gave us more room. Was clean,nice bathroom with plenty hot water. Had to ask for bottled water.facilities in bathroom was laxing. eg. Shower cap , etc. Can have free coffee at reception. Front door was locked at 11:00pm. Overall ok.

Extremely affordable gem right in the middle of the heart of downtown Sydney. Very easy to walk to anything from here. They were also great about holding our bags before and after our reservation so we could continue to check out Sydney right before getting on our cruise ship. No breakfast or food options but they do offer cappuccino and there are lovely food places and markets within a minute from here.
