Excellent hotel in Sydney. Location is great, close to central station and China town. Lots of restaurants and walking distance to shops and QEB. Breakfast is a phenomenal. I booked 6 nights for the marathon. They prepared lots of food early in the morning of the marathon for everyone. We had a wonderful stay here. Thank you for all the staff here. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is wonderful, but our visit was marred by not being informed that their pool was not available during our stay (one of the primary reasons we chose this hotel). The staff did their very best to help make our family welcome, though, with special thanks for Diego and Matthew. We'll be back, but will make sure that the pool is not under maintenance next time.

The hotel is very attractive, comfortable and clean. Our standard twin room was spacious, modern and well-equipped with lots of thoughtful touches. The food is delicious and the staff are excellent! The only minor disappointment was the pool, which is very small and had no heating when we used it.
