I stayed 9 nights which was longer than most guests I think. Sam who works on reception was excellent, he carried my bags to & from my room, organised for my towels & sheets to be changed when I requested & arranged very efficient transport to the airport. The room had all the basic facilities I needed.

The room was nice and clean. It was overall a good stay. The bathroom door did not completely close lol. So privacy was a bit off. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful.

Staff were excellent, very clean room and linen. A little noisy (but then again, it is the Cross!). The shower recess a little restrictive, but again, a very good price rate for the night’s accommodation.

I had an overall great experience; the customer service was excellent, the owners were friendly, and the rooms were clean and well designed. The location was close to Kings Cross station as well, so traveling to the city was convenient.

Convenient to station for travel Friendly, helpful, minded our bags. Bathroom door was kinda stuck and 2 steps down to the bathroom from our room was downright dangerous to senior citizens. Ok for the price but I think I might aim up market next time.

Staff was kind & location was convenient. Rooms were small & bare bones. Sink did not have hot water, turning to hot resulted in no water flow. Bathroom is essentially a wet room despite their effort to use a shower curtain. You must be able to navigate stairs as there is no elevator. Early check-in is a luggage hold of the room is not ready which is helpful. Beds were comfortable.
