The greeting wasn’t friendly, the rooms weren’t set up - one requiring extra bedding wasn’t ready and when we asked about it we were informed housekeeping had left and we’d have to make the room up for ourselves. Overall very disappointed and won’t be back.

Suite size work good. Did not like the constant plumbing noice on level 15 every few minutes, it was like someone were knocking on door in adjoining rooms.

Found the room size good, location good, few of the furniture items dated. No sharp knife in cutlery, range hood had to be turned off at switch on wall and toilet button sticking. Also when got there fridge was not on, later on after realising fiddled with it to get working.

Great stay for anyone who works in the CBD and is visiting Sydney. Everything is a walkable distance from here and the heated pool, hot tub and sauna are amazing to use after a long day.
