"Check in queue takes time, they should have put more staff to accommodate clients faster. Upon checking in our room looks like not that ready to be occupied as there were no bathrobe, slippers, and towels. Tried to call thrice the operator to request for it but not picking up so ended up that my husband went down the lobby to request for it. Not our first time checking in and we’re quite satisfied with our previous experience here but this time our expectations were not really met and it’s more of disappointed."

Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a pleasant surprise of special welcome cheesecake, chocolates scented pillow relaxation spray and a welcome note!
