"We had a issue with the room allocated but after speaking with the Manager (Amee) we were given a superior room. Amme dealt with out issue very politely and promptly. Her service was excellent."

"Checked in, no towels and no toilet paper. Had to ask the cleaner, they then re directed me to the reception for them to then give it. Apart from that good stay."
The Winchester Hotel & Spa

"This was our first ever stay in Winchester. The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming and took our baggage and stored this safely as we had arrived earlier than expected. Our room was spacious and clean. The reception team and health spa staff were magnificent and were able to deal with each and every one of our requests. The spa itself was exceptionally clean, due to the staff who clearly take pride in their work. The breakfast buffet had a good range of hot options as well as cereals, croissants and pastries and the coffee was good. The breakfast team were highly professional and welcoming. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at the Winchester Hotel and Spa which is in walking distance from the train station and historic City centre."

"Vast hotel, but immaculate and with really helpful staff. Only downside was that check in was after 4pm and the pool closed at 5pm. Breakfast was plentiful, but not very tasty."

"Automated self check-in was great with a little help from the girls at reception. Stayed in a Club Room which comes with free parking, gym access and was very clean and tidy but no bigger than a normal room in any other hotel. Very busy hotel as it has a fitness gym on site for locals to use. Food and beer a little pricey but was a modern and comfortable place to eat. Breakfast was excellent. Would stay again"
