"Everything was excellent especially the receptionists and the staff who are very helpful, accomodating and warm. Please fix the internet issues as we didnt have a stable connection throughout our stay. Even our tv cant be used because of poor connection."

They provided helpful information about the hotel’s facilities and amenities. Since it was Holy Week, they also gave us recommendations on churches to visit around Tagaytay, which we really appreciated. The room was beautiful, and the view of Taal was the best I’ve ever seen—absolutely breathtaking! Check-out was quick and seamless. We will definitely be coming back!"
