"Unfortunately room service was not provided until the 4th day, only after the matter was brought to their attention. The wash basin was leaking at the base, thus a wet bathroom floor everytime it was used. Appreciate the free toiletries but one toothbrush and the shampoo have been previously used when we checked in."
