Amazing location. Spacious room, and bathroom, comfortable bed. A bit noisy at night. The floor of the room was not clean at all.

Staff was excellent, especially front desk. This review is strictly in regards to cleanliness of my room and my room only. Room had a lot of dust, small black debris( unsure what that was ), cohabits , and also discovered ants and a dead roach in the corner of the room. What made it worse, there was trash underneath the bed, as well as two open condom wrappers. All this was Discovered upon entering the room for the very first time, so obviously the cleaning individual needs to be more attentive

Perfect Hotel but A/C and WIFI need improvement
55 SGD can't ask for anything more. Room size is more than bargain. Wifi and A/C need improvement others all good. Location is ok with 2 conv stores nearby less 1 min walk

Service is below average due to lack of manpower. Does not replenish the supplies for the room daily unless you ask for it. May skip the daily cleaning if you don't protest. Ok for short stay (<3days).

Great location,easy to access. The most disappointing item is the house keeping, the housekeeper didn't even clean the toilet and replenish the amenities. Such a bad experience for my 5 nights stay! 😞

以前都有住過這家旅店，但想不到是還越來越差。房間給了一間沒清潔過的給我們，之後每晚11點多都會斷一次電，清潔工人也很懶，洗手間也不補東西還有就有蚊子

The hotel is renovated and feel clean in general. Staff is very helpful and even help to book taxi to the airport and suggested things to do if any questions. Great service.

Forgot to morning-call
Told the front desk to set up morning call in terms to catch the next morning flight, confirmed again and again, but they totally FORGOT!! Unbelievable service. Front desk staff is rude, arrogant and ignorant about the wrong arrangement of room type for the first night. Didn’t commit to the mistakes been made, such a disappointment of my second stay. Never will come back.

Not a bad stay in Taipei. It is near Ximending district so itnis convenient. They give water bottles in the room and refill them daily. There is also a water station with a coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby. You can make milk tea and other hot drinks. Check in is strictly enforced but you can leave your luggage there and come back at 3. Only complaints were we got a double bed room and the blanket was small for the bed and I wish they had more than 3 hangars.

1. Book the exclusive room from expedia but give us the regular room. 2. Nobody clean our room. We left the room at 12, and back at 6pm. Then they said they are very busy. I request them to clean my room at 8pm as we will go out dinner. Then they said the staff who do the cleaning will be off by that time. So we can only watch them cleaning. Totally disturbing our rest time. We stay there 3night.everyday is the same 3.request late check out. But still keep calling us to remind us check out time at 12. Front desk service lack of communication. Then also they cut down our electricity during that time also. Really bad service 4. The hotel is new. But other than that, I will not stay there again

I enjoyed my stay at Lucky Apple hotel. I appreciated how they were able to call a taxi for us to the airport at 5 in the morning, so we didn't have to walk out in the pouring rain.

Staying at level 2. Rooms and corridors was rather dark. The room lighting is so poor. Had difficulties in putting on make up. Need to put on room service tag on door. With such dark corridors, even if put it on also can’t really see. Pillow was rather soft. A short distance from mrt station. Other than that service was good. Friendly and helpful receptionist

旅店硬件是不錯的, 位置方便, 房間和廁所清潔度也可以, 但服務就可再改善, 例如我想要求多一張棉被, 打電話去服務台, 對方很粗魯地說不知有沒有, 要找找就收線, 之後找到送來房間, 又再次粗魯地說叫我們開細一點冷氣就可以, 事實上不是溫度的問題, 而是雙人棉被不夠寬, 想要多一張讓2人分開蓋著 房間內有2枝水, 喝光了後, 每日清潔房間又不一定會補充新的水, 晚上12點左右打去服務台, 已沒有人接聽了
