This is now one of my favorite hotels in the world. I thought hot spring was just the name but it’s actually hot spring water in the bath/shower. Amazing. Staff was excellent and the hotel was very quiet and comfortable. This is our first choice for the next hotel stay - and the Dapingling neighborhood is packed with restaurants and the metro is a short walk. See you soon New Taipei Hot Spring!

If you need a good night’s sleep after a long flight, think twice! There’s a large green emergency exit sign over the door in each room that glows bright green and illuminates the whole rooms! Breakfast is entirely forgettable- poor selection and extremely bland.

Avoid if possible

Front desk staff was mediocre at best. The bathrooms were very dirty. This hotels was nice when our family stayed in it last year but that’s no longer the case.

Air conditioning is very poor

I do not understand the excuse made by the staffs about the poor air condition. They said too many guests check-in and Taipei's weather in this summer was hotter than ever. Have anyone with similar experience in other Taipei Hotels?
