地點好，安靜！

整體不錯，還有洗脫烘的洗衣機，電磁爐，浴室有排氣暖氣的機器，小缺點就只有真的找不到洗衣機使用說明書，地點很好，附近吃的東西非常多，雖在鬧區但晚上很安靜！很不錯！

Clean serviced apartment, (once you find it)

The serviced apartment that we stayed in was a new experience for us. The responsiveness of the owner (we think - it was all by e-mail) to our requests for such as early check in / late check out was superb. The area is GREAT for a gazillion cheap eateries of all types as it's next to the main Taipei University, so services the student crowd. It's also a very short walk to the Metro station so location could not be better. The view wasn't great, but then we didn't fly to Taipei to spend all day looking out of our bedroom window! The bed(/s) was comfortable, the whole apartment clean, plenty of toiletries, and enough space. We were there for a long weekend so the towels / sheets not being changed wasn't a big issue, I'm not sure how often they are changed, as ALL notices are in Chinese. This brings up the only negative point..... We found the place after a bit of looking around - but I had the very significant benefit of a Chinese speaking partner. There is no English sign outside, and whilst it IS undoubtedly located at No. 1, Alley 4, Lane 286, Section 3, Roosevelt Rd., Zhongzheng District, Taipei, 10090, Taiwan, the roads are numbered somewhat haphazardly (compared to SOME western cities). If you just ensure you have a very detailed bilingual map (and the place does try to help with directions when you make a booking), you'll be fine. It's is over an UnderArmour shop - but the entrance is round the back of the building, right next to a groovy chill out cat cafe.

Excellent location and facilities.

Location is excellent. It is near everything we need. Room is very new and clean. What we like the most is washing machine with dryer. Iron is provided upon request. Small Gym is also available on the roof top. There is electric stove but only one pot. It would be great if we can have just microwave machine. Overall, I strongly recommend this room to anyone who wants to go to Taipei.

clean and modern

The room was very clean, but the building entrance had flying bugs when we checked in. We were surprised at the in-room washer and dryer. The weather was really hot, and our shirts were sweaty. It was very nice to be able to do laundry daily. Overall, we were very happy with the accommodation. We definitely would consider staying here again next time.
