Beautiful lobby. Easy check in. Very courteous staffs. Room is nice but could be a bit more clean. Big bath tub fills up with hotspring water quickly. Breakfast buffet is small but decent. Overall the highlight is the Bath tub.

Bad air-conditioning in room!

We stayed in room 311. The aircon of the room was very bad. Totally poor. It got so bad that we have to get a fan. It is summer, the hotel can do better than to control the aircon at such a high temperature. To be honest, the hotel lobby is so much cooler.

亟待恢復過去服務水平

整體硬體環境與新冠疫情之前差不多，只是很明顯地受到新冠疫情影響，提供的服務品質有降低的現象。整個旅館營運似乎只是維持在“可以運作”的水準，因此感覺不出來有高級溫泉旅館該有的質感。例如住宿的客人可以免費進出“大眾湯”，已經改為必須另外支付優惠價NT$300；吃到飽的早餐，改為送到客房的套餐。客房內迎賓的零食點心沒有了…還有，客房地毯有大面積咖啡噴濺的咖啡漬殘留，旅館大廳Lobby多半時候燈光昏暗，只開啟櫃臺燈！而且經常進入大廳時，未見任何工作人員，必須呼喚才見人員出現！進入停車場前，被擋在停車閘門前最少10分鐘無人開啟閘門，必須要乘客下車進大廳去呼喚工作人員開啟閘門！房間內抽屜裡的威士忌杯破裂，杯緣出現缺口，還好注意到了，不然一定割傷嘴唇或舌頭！…總之，希望儘快恢復如過去應該有的服務水準，畢竟泡湯的旺季到了，別嚇跑了對貴旅店集團一向忠心的客人。

今回で3.4回目の宿泊です。 今回となりの部屋に泊まった人の声がうるさく、騒ぐ声が聞こえて耳障りで眠れなかった。 お風呂で騒いだりしている声が特にうるさかった。 朝ごはんだんだんとmenuが変わってきて、 今回の朝ごはんは今までより種類が少なく、 パンのメニューのみ、炒めた物が多く、以前のメニューの方が良かったです。 部屋の中も汚れた個所が目立っていたので次回はもう泊まらないと思います。 ただ温泉は好きなので残念です。

房價頗高，但服務普普的飯店～

外觀很美的一間飯店～服務確實不太行。 當日入住的房型沒有景，想說要換到面河有景的房間，服務人員一直無法說要加價多少錢？等了20分鐘也得不到回應。 另外，才剛入住就有服務人員來敲門，說有東西擺在裡面要拿走...但一開始也說不清楚是什麼，最後是把Mini Bar上的兩碗泡麵拿走～說實話那也沒有多少錢，但溝通不清楚跟整體的服務真的是有待加強。 可能因為房間內及走廊都用地毯的緣故，整個塵蟎感很重，垃圾桶旁也有明顯髒污，如果未來要入住的需要考量一下有沒有過敏的問題。

客房的隔音實在太差了，隔壁房根本連大聲喧嘩都不用，聊天的聲音就句句都可聽見，偏偏我們隔壁房的到深夜都還一直在講話，噪音真的是種折磨。不只如此，夜間人員顯然不足，不但櫃檯應接不暇，泡湯區多半時間都找不到管理人員，加上大眾湯疑似不夠清潔而有異味，多年前璞石麗緻還算是個性價比不錯的選擇，現在卻只是往日雲煙，因為已經到了不想再來入住的程度了！除了隔音差、人員少而服務不到位、以及大眾湯有難聞的異味等三點外，其他部分倒還算有普通的水準

２回目の宿泊です。 前回温泉が良かったので又滞在しました。 夜は快適に温泉に入れました、朝はお湯の温度が低かったです。 朝ご飯も美味しくいただきました。 又予約が取れたら行きたいですね！ バスタオルをかけるフックがないのでそれが毎回困るところですね。

很值得一住的飯店

很棒的住宿經驗，這次入住還有送大眾湯，因為疫情期間，人數有管制，平日人也不多，可以很愜意的享受。 有跟飯店說是來慶生的，還有送上小蛋糕，非常的貼心。 選擇的是可以看到南勢溪的房型，溪水很碧綠、很美，浴池超級大，泡湯很舒服。

1、住2F隔音差半夜12多接進1點還可聽到隔壁的講話聲 2、客人入住時需為新客人介紹環境尢其是房間裏的設施熱水器（裡面有放過濾器）放在床頭櫃上面一個木頭東西看不出是時鐘，一大早6點就被鬧鐘吵醒 還叫了2次、很不開心 3、 早餐蒸蛋是冷的

1泊しました。 部屋内の温泉はとても良かったです。 快適に入れました。ベッドも好みの硬さで良かったです。 ただ、バスタオルをかける場所がなく困りました。クローゼットのハンガーにかけてました。壁にかけるれるようにしてほしいですね。 大きなゴミが落ちていたのが残念です。 部屋の中が隣の部屋と繋がったお部屋だったので隣の部屋の話し声が聞こえてきたのがいやでした。 スタッフの方の対応はあまり良くなかった。

酒店餐廳沒有提供晚餐服務及房間內玻璃門設計上有很大的風險

本人在１２月１４曰入住，當天本想當晚在酒店的餐廳嘗試在酒店綱上推介的晚餐，但客戶服務說當晚已全部預約沒有空位，及後再想預訂後一晚的晚餐也回覆已客滿，令夫婦二人十分失望無法享受你們的推介。但在我們入住的兩天晚上經過酒店餐廳竟然發現餐廳烏燈黑火及門也上鎖了。我們感覺十分憤怒這酒店為何那麼不誠實，如果酒店餐廳未能提供晚餐服務何不大方回覆住客原因，敬請以後不要用如些低劣的服務態度回覆住客。 另一方面，房間裏洗手間及通往浸溫泉位置的玻璃門是住外打開，嚴重阻塞通道，一不留神便會碰上十分危險。不明白房間是有足夠空間提供門向內開而不用，奉勸將會入住的旅客提高警覺。

觀雲房其實是看不到天空的

觀雲房其實是看不到天空的，因為上面是有一個磨砂玻璃頂，大概是保障外面看不進來的隱私吧？
