We were very impressed with the hotel and the food offerings are exceptional. We stayed for 5 nights and purchased half board. The evening buffet was truly amazing with a very extensive range of food much of it being prepared individually for you. Situated on a beautiful stretch of beach and an amazing pool. Fabulous!!

Een geweldig Resort met mooie zwembaden en een prachtige strand. Heerlijk rustig. Ruime kamers en vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wel op afstand van het centrum van Khao Lak en we vonden de kosten van de hotel taxi aan de hoge kant maar wel van goede kwaliteit. Al met al een heel fijn verblijf gehad en zeker een aanrader.

Itse hotelli oli hyvä, allasalue ja palvelut hienoja mutta iltaisin soitettava musiikki kuuluu todella selvästi huoneisiin. Joten jos etsii rauhallista hotellia rentoutumiseen ja esim aikaisin nukkumiseen niin tämä ei ole oikea hotelli. Myös se, että hotellin lähellä ei ole mitään pientä markettia tms on harmi koska esim juomien ostaminen vaatii Khao Lakiin lähtemistä.

Perfect Package
Robinson Club Khao Lak is great to relax, to push yourself in different sports or to just enjoy a big food selection - perfect also for a short trip if you live in Asia.

amazing site and friendly staff. What we did not know was the concept of Robinson. Also be aware that everything will be in german incl the fitness class. Also there are theme parties you need to be aware of.

The hospitality of the staff was exceptional. They did everything with pleasure from their heart. The accommodation, food and facilities are first class. So many swimming pools to choose from. I love this hotel and will be back.

Brilliant place to stay for families
We didn't like the hotel that we originally booked for and so found Club Robinson on the internet, booked and arrived within a couple of hours. Club Robinson was wonderful. It's a german owned company so we were virtually the only English speakers there. It had a really nice welcoming atmosphere, they really seemed to want everyone to enjoy their holiday together. There were lots of families with older kids which was great to see. The food was fantastic - great range for kids and adults including healthy options. Wonderful pools. Great beach. Great staff. We were really pleased that we found this resort and would highly recommend it. There were activities for the kids available but we didn't partake as we were the only English speakers, although the staff would have all spoken English and welcomed our children, I'm sure. Lovely beach bars. Good sized rooms. Just wonderful.

We got the pool suite and it was very nice Room very comfortable and the beach was close by. The staff also very friendly. The hotel has a beautiful main pool as well.

Tennis holiday
Stayed at Robinson Club while playing in a tennis tournament which was well organized. Overall an efficient stay, hotel has good facilities, staff for the most part (in the main restaurant, housecleaning, at the sports facilities etc) were friendly and helpful. However, asked for a slightly late check-out (to noon / 12:30pm) as I had to play a tennis match that morning which was postponed from the previous evening due to the court's lights not working, the reception manager requested that I pay the half-day rate even though when I asked she confirmed the hotel is not full. I also told them that I had to go to reception to make the request as the room phone was not working, they did not seem to care and did not offer to have a technician to come & check it out. That was not a good impression on customer service but to be fair most other staff experiences were good, and the check-in & actual check-out processes were efficient. Wifi was terrible, in & out mostly out during the last day perhaps due to the rain? Between the experiences with the tennis court lighting, the room phone and the wifi, the property does feel a bit dated and can probably use a hardware update

Wir haben uns mega wohlgefühlt in dieser tollen, großen und sehr schön angelegten Anlage 🏝️ Wir hatten einen Superior Pool Bungalow direkt am Strand gebucht und der war bzgl Lage und Ausstattung sensationell … jeden Morgen mit Blick auf Meer und Strand aufzuwachen war genial. Es fühlt sich zwar nicht wie ein typischer Robinson Club an, aber das Angebot an Sportmöglichkeiten oder Entertainment ist riesig - Danke an das lokale Team (insb. Vanessa und Ina) und die temporär unterstützenden Trainer mit Katharina, Malina und Yasemine (war super mit Euch). Auch das Speisenangebot war bzw ist super - und mit der Möglichkeit für uns, direkt am Strand im „Terrasse“ zu frühstücken, war es jeden Morgen ein Fest. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal im Robinson Khao Lak.

Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub. Die MA im Restaurant (bis auf die "Obstfrau" beim Frühstück) und Reinigungskräfte waren immer sehr freundlich und herzlich. Eigentlich war nur der Empfang von Robin Rus total daneben: kein Smalltalk, 3 mal ans Telefon gegangen, obwohl wir sehr müde von der Anreise und mit Kleinkind auf dem Schoß gegenüber saßen. Seine Begrüßung beschränkte sich wirklich nur darauf uns zu zeigen, wo unser Zimmer ist und den Rest sollten wir uns in der App anschauen... Ich finde es sehr wichtig den Gästen von Anfang an das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein, zu geben. Das konnte der MA null rüberbringen.

Wunderschöne, sehr gut geführte Anlage mit sehr gutem Essen! Nach 9 mal Malediven Urlauben waren wir das erste Mal in dieser tollen Anlage und sehr begeistert! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit vielen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten in der Anlage! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Club Chef Adam macht hier einen mega Job, weiter so! Hier ist Urlaub großartig und man bekommt die nötige erholung! Wir kommen wieder…

Wir waren exakt vor einem Jahr bereits schon mal in dieser Anlage. Des Essen ist nochmal ein bisschen besser geworden als zuvor, der über 2 km lange Privatstrand sucht seines Gleichen und der Club ist schön eingewachsen. Leider ist der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter deutlich schlechter geworden. Das Servicepersonal wirkt stark überfordert und zum Teil auch unterbesetzt. Der Vergleich zum Vorjahr lässt dies sehr deutlich erscheinen und hat leider auch den Gesamteindruck getrübt. Dieses Jahr haben wir sogar Pool Villa Oceanfront genommen, allerdings darf man mit diesem Status keine Extrabehandlung erwarten. Im Gegenteil, uns wurde erst Mitte des 12 Tägigen Aufenthalts mitgeteilt, dass das Strandrestaurant kostenlos für das Frühstück für uns verfügbar ist. Die Organisation scheint in einer Chatgruppe zu laufen, was die katastrophale Organisation erklären würde. Jede Reservierung haben wir doppelt und dreifach bestätigen lassen und trotzdem wurde der Geburtstagstisch nicht gerichtet, Reservierungen nicht eingehalten und auch das Personal an der Rezeption scheint sich mit englisch schwer zu tun. Zusammenfassend aufgrund der Lage und der Anlage ein schöner Urlaub, der aber von dem sonst so umsichtigen, diesmal leider deutlich überforderten Servicepersonal getrübt war.
