"Condo, had no hand towels, had no towel or soap racks in bathroom the lighting was very poor in the bathroom, the tv could never be turned off nor the volume changed. The property said it was on the beach but was a full kilometer away and you had to pay $350 pesos to use the beach, they required you eat their food and drink their drinks, but ran out of beer and menu items. The beach was roped off so you could only swim out about 200’, not a good experience "

"First could not find reservation, Waited over one hour and lady at desk had an attitude. Then taken to wrong room; no ocean view. Then moved to another building and it has a ocean view from 14th floor over a 1/4 mile away! No where near the beach; you have to walk to a open field and then pay to go on the beach. This is just old condo's that are empty and poorly managed and false advertising at the least. would NEVER recommend! Oh, and a $13.00 per hour early check in; charged for 2 hours even...

"Got two rooms, no hot water in either room, shower heads were plugged in both rooms no cable in one room and no wires to hook it up, the views were great, internet was great but the showers and hot water was an issues and before they say something about not being plugged in or turned on, I am a plumber and they were, they shower heads were so clogged that only a few holes allowing water through but with no pressure."

"Negatives: Firstly, the building looks too old. There is no elevator. The room was clean, however there is no seperate shower. No balcony plus the look from the windows is pathetic. We were a family of 3 but all the amenities like towels etc we received are only for 2 guests. They didn’t even bother to provide tooth brush and paste for any of the guests. The pool water was a bit dirty. The changing room near the pool had showers but no soap was provided so you have to change from swim wear and again go to the room to take shower. The food was expensive. We ordered Thai rice curry but it hardly had any curry in it! Positives: The staff were friendly. The pools and beach vibe was good. The drinks were good. We booked the rooms including breakfast but didn’t have enough time as we had to catch early flight. They kindly packed us sandwiches, fruits and drinks. "
