Great stay at a Peranakan house - the owner is Peranakan and a breakfast spread

We had a very pleasant stay from the beginning to end. Absolutely polite service from the staff and good attention to details, like turning the sheets over at night and small favours to make one smile. Rooms were huge and the place was clean and comfortable.

The property looked very basic but the rooms were excellent. The staff were very helpful and polite. Locations was within walking distance to interesting locations.

The property and service exceeded my expectations. The only shock and disappointment was how a hotel could get permission to gut the interiors of several historic, heritage buildings in a conservation zone in a city with Unesco world heritage site status. Very sad.

Hotel is very close to Jonker Street and Melaka's places of interest. It will be great to have reserved parking in front of hotel for guests. This is to have peace of mind during our stay.

It has been a pleasant experience to have stayed in your small but beautiful boutique hotel with a excellent location accessible to most of the attractions in town . Once stepping in the lobby , we were greeted warmly by your front office staff , Omar who is courteous , helpful and efficient in providing us with the details about what we want to know about the uniqueness of the hotel . A random booked hotel end up to be my ideal stay. Surrounding a lot food and walking distance to jonker night market with a lot of restaurest and cafe. Bed is just right, firm and good sleep. Just a bit noisy mid night a lot of motor bike passing by.

The service rendered was great and we are very grateful because we arrived drenched from the rain as we were on a touring bike. The staff allowed us to store our wet clothes, helmets & riding boots as we arrived at 930 am which is before check in time so that we can go eat & drink something. When I asked for newspaper to stuff into our boots so as to dry it, they didn't have any. However, they gave us a call almost immediately to offer yellow pages which worked just fine. Great location and very clean apartment! My in-laws and all the kids love the place and asked when can we go back again! Host was very attentive and really went out of his way to ensure our stay was an enjoyable one. Is definitely one of our top choice for accommodation in Malacca!

It's our repeat stay, near eating places and shopping malls. The accomodation is excellent and the staff is fantastic.

Lobby is huge, property is clean. Do take note that 2 double beds is misleading on expedia. It actually means 2 single beds as i was corrected by hotel staff during checkin. In Taipei courtyard Marriot. 2 double beds literally means 2 double beds. I would still give 5 stars for the value

The house is very new and equipped with high-quality appliances. The air conditioner is Mitsubishi, the microwave is Sharp, and there’s even a water filtration system that provides hot drinking water. Outside, there’s a Midea washing machine. Overall, everything is very clean, and so far I haven’t found any shortcomings.

The stay was fantastic Staff are friendly, I'm talking about the whole team, not any particular. It's just let us feel so great with their polite additue, fell so welcome throughout the stay. When questions asked , they will do their best to help . I will definitely come back again when I'm back to Malacca

Decided to try this new hotel , although the location is slightly off the city Centre it was a really nice stay with beautiful rooms and nice breakfast area Suggest to keep the areas outside the rooms air conditioned as it gets really hot walking to the lift lobby from the room
