"Confirmation email had incorrect information on it. Said front desk closed at 10pm, luckily for us it was 11pm as per another booking sites information. Phone number in the email was inactive as was another number we tried from another booking site. No way to call. Suite cleanliness wasn’t the best. Mirror in bathroom was dirty, shower had a musty smell and floor has a fair few hairs on it that weren’t mine. Only 2 towels provided, no bath mat, no hand towel, no face cloths. Fridge wasn’t...

"Too many cockcroach in the room"

"Péssima. Me colocaram em um quarto sem janelas, sem ar condicionado, sem ventilador, sem qualquer ventilação, com cheiro de mofo muito forte e baratas. Pingou água do teto no chão, ao lado da cama. Paguei 03 noites e só consegui ficar 01, com muito esforço. Acho que foi a pior experiência em hostel já reservada por aqui "

"Room with no windows that looked like nothing in the pictures. Check in advertised at 3pm but had to sit and wait for 45mins before finally getting keys. Wall were grubby and very basic. I didn't expect much for the money but at least a window and fresh air. "

"Room was so gross. Mold everywhere stains and neglect to the most basic cleanliness. No hand soaps, plumbing and toilets moldy. Slept in full clothing ontop of stained sheets. Screaming babies and children in the other obviously lived in rooms so not 18 years plus or a hotel at all. They even added a off the books tourist tax in order to get my room deposit back. Stay away from this one. "
