It has been a wonderful 3D2N stay at the Imperial Heritage Hotel from 7 Aug – 9 Aug. The service was excellent and I would like to thank the staff for making my stay an enjoyable one, despite having to suffer a long jam at the causeway for over 8 hours that day with 3 kids in toll. I would like to thank Nura for her prompt service and for upgrading my family to a 2 bedroom suite very late at night.
