"Overall, the Atoq San Blas is great. We would stay here again! Pros - The location is awesome. It’s on a quiet corner that is clean and away from chaos. We felt very safe. - Shower had great hot water and fantastic water pressure. - Staff are helpful. They helped arrange laundry service for us and answered any questions we have. - The breakfast is excellent. Best breakfast we have had since we’ve been in South America - We had a king sized bed which was great since my husband and are I are both tall. - We had a small bottle of wine and two cookies waiting for us. Super nice touch that we appreciated! - We had fantastic view looking out on the Cusco town! The first step out our hotel room was looking out across Cusco. Very beautiful at night when it’s all lit up. Cons (I wouldn’t not stay here because of this, but a few minor things to be aware of in case these matter to you.) - Shower doesn’t drain well so you are constantly standing in a pool of water. - Walls are very thin so we could hear people in the room next to us using the bathroom. Something that we could live with but if you had younger children, might be an issue."

"The hotel and the staff were GREAT. The owners/managers were so kind, understanding and helpful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was DELICIOUS! Also, you can’t beat the location, right by the Plaza Mayor. We will absolutely be back and recommend it to whoever is visiting!"

"Palacio Manco Capac was truly exceptional. When my husband unexpectedly needed medical attention, Pilar at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us, even arranging for a doctor to come to the hotel. We are extremely grateful to Pilar and the entire staff for their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care. The accommodations were beautiful, the service was excellent, and the restaurant has an amazing view. Every member of the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for. We would absolutely recommend Palacio Manco Capac to anyone visiting Cusco."
