"1) They didn't have our name at the reception on arrival - took some time to find us 2) Our room had all the curtains closed on arrival and boiling hot... No aircon in the lounge (family room) 3) To get to the family rooms, you need the hotel car. They only have one hotel car, so sometimes you are waiting ages 4) They went to fill the car up with petrol at 9.30am on a Sunday at peak time, so no car was avabile 5) There is no manager working on a Sunday Family rooms 1) The floors are so slippy - we all fell over, adults and kids 2) They look much better in the photos Overal The main building is nice, including the pool but the above makes the place not a good stay "

Transportation arrangements were seamless and reliable, making it easy to get around without any stress. Communication was excellent as well; the team checked in with us multiple times to make sure all our needs were met. Overall, it was a truly relaxing and well-managed stay. We will definitely be coming back to this villa."
