The staff were very attentive and the service was excellent. The architecture was amazing and provided plenty of options for relaxing, dining, and swimming. Overall the service was excellent.

Great pools, plenty of sunbeds and towels. It was nice to have complimentary water in the room and water dispensers around the grounds too. The grounds and location were amazing. The staff cannot be faulted , especially at breakfast and around the pools where they were always on hand to help with umbrellas or supplying extra sunbeds. Can't fault anything, it was a wonderful experience.

Beautiful property, plenty of space for relaxing without feeling crowded. Easy not to leave the hotel grounds, although that would be a shame as Tenerife has a lot to offer

We stayed with a toddler and a baby and the hotel went above and beyond to help us be comfortable and make it a special experience. We normally like to visit other restaurants and do day trips on holiday however there was so much choice and activities for us as a family to do within the resort we ended up staying in and enjoying it the whole time, besides the odd beach walk! Such an easy, luxurious treat for our first family trip.

What an amazing resort, the gardens are well tendered and landscaped, the staff are warm, friendly and professional, the location is excellent and the rooms are comfortable and stylish. I’ve been coming here for many years and it never fails to impress. The best hotel in Spain in my opinion. A must visit when in Tenerife! Our 2nd stay at Bahia del Duque. Still a good hotel in a picturesque setting and enjoyable, particularly La Brasserie and Sua restaurants, but noticed fewer staff around - took longer to be served. Enjoyed our stay

Fabulous hotel.Have stayed here several times & will be staying again. Lots of restaurants great entertainment especially the piano bar. Goergeous complex with beautiful surroundings & has a gate leading you straight on to the beach.staff are fantastic nothing too much trouble. Stay here and you wont be disappointed.

The hotel location is outstanding in the resort, and the grounds are beautiful and a good balance of sun and shade. The hotel itself rightly earns it's high reputation and we could not fault the quality of accommodation, food or service the entire 9 days we stayed. If we return to the resort, it will be our preferred hotel to return to.
