"The first part of our experience was the friendly and informative greeting we had a check-in. The room was clean with a nice balcony. It is Oceanfront not beachfront meaning no beach but it is close. The restaurant staff is friendly and accommodating with good food. A small pool is nice and refreshing. Quite an enjoyable 9 day stay. "

"Balu Hotel was amazing for our family! We live on the island and wanted to do a staycation for our daughter's birthday. We really appreciated the staff being so kind and welcoming. Loved that our dogs were allowed the rooms allowed easy access for them to go outside. The pool was great - our daughter couldn't get enough of it. The hotel itself was wonderful on its own, and it is in a fantastic district where you can walk to anything your heart desires - restaurants, parks, beaches. Already planning our next staycation here. Thanks for a great stay! "
