"Stinking plumbing toilet plungers on show on most levels. no balcony as booking. Menu in the rooms for what hotel could charge you if you did anything that the hotel didn’t like.(not just breakages) Terrible stench of toilet plumbing throughout the whole hotel. Given a family room, had one chair in room for whole family to share. Tired and old hotel, been given a lick of paint and an update. Isn’t worth the cost. "Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The area is a little bit away from a main road but I didn’t mind. Instead, I appreciated how quiet things were. I never used them, but having vending machines on the property were very convenient. The staff were very nice and hospitable but there were some issues I encountered. "I’ve stayed here several times and really enjoy it. However, I was a bit disappointed to learn that late check-out isn’t allowed if the booking is made through Expedia or other third-party sites—it’s only available when booking directly through their website. When I checked in, I requested a late check-out and was told it was only available for ASR members. So, I registered and became a member. Despite this, on the day of check-out, I received a call from reception informing me that late check-out is only granted to those who book through the hotel’s own website, not through third-party platforms. She did allow it this time as an exception, but made it clear it wouldn’t be permitted in the future."
