"I had an amazing stay, the hotel was extremely clean, the amenities were great and the staff were all friendly, warm and so kind! The only issue I had was the best a bit being hard and the pillow needs a bit more fluff- but this is a personal preference so someone might think differently. I’d highly recommend this place especially since it’s close to Liverpool street but a quiet refuge in the middle of the hustle and bustle of London "

"This property was great! Everyone was so polite and professional, and the restaurants were great. We really enjoyed the bar on the rooftop, and the room was lovely. The rainfall shower was fantastic. The only negative was there is no elevator at this train stop so you have to carry up all of your luggage up the two stairs if you're coming from the underground. Luckily, the stop is next door though."

"Clean and friendly staff. Hotel is just a 5 minutes walk to the Tower of London. Easy transportation, cabs in front of hotel and Liverpool Station is just a minute away. Easy walk as well going to Leadenhall Market and Spitalfields Market. Borough Market is walking distance too."
