"We arrived on a red eye and were not able to get early check-in but they did text us as soon as our room was ready. Shantel was excellent in providing us with maps and ideas of what to do in the area while we bided our time. We did pay extra for the club room, which was good for the afternoon snacks and drink with the children. But the breakfast was bare compared to the restaurant across the way. Not sure we would do that again. we did love the proximity to Blackfriar station which connected us easily to most lines on the Tube and to the airport with just one transfer. "
