"Great location"

"If you want to maintain a 4 star hotel status you need to check all plumbing including drains and electrical units to keep them up to pare on a monthly basis. I shouldn't have to notify cyustomer service every time the bathroom drain is plugged or a light switch isn't functional. The room while vacuumed and the beds made should includes a little more dusting as well. Look you've got a exceptional hotel and I like to see it kept that way. To myself it appears that since opening the little things I've mentioned are slipping in terms of the overall ambience of a stately hotel. However love your hotel and it's location. It wouldn't take much to incorporate the fixs to these relatively small issues."

"The bathroom has NO OUTLET so you cannot dry your hair in front of a mirror. Housekeeping did not wash glasses or provide clean ones. Front Desk staff were GREAT. They did not serve coffee and pastries on the ground floor food service as advertised and forced US to take overpriced buffet on 14th floor. DO NOT EAT on 14th floor. We also had dinner there and it was just so-so. Location is not central for tourists."

"Great hotel, convenient location right near a bus stop that took us to all the attractions we wanted to see. The rooms are small but very clean and exactly what we needed. The breakfast for £8 was delicious and we really enjoyed the unlimited tea and coffee options available. Would stay here again!"
