"The staff at the property were all very professional, polite, kind and super helpful. They arranged a 2 day tour with a wonderful tour guide named Som who was awesine all around. Excellent English and full of information that was accessible to both teens and adults alike. My son and his friend loved swimming in the saltwater pool and service by the pool was great! The only marks against it was when we got to the hotel they tried putting us in a room without a balcony, even though we had already paid for one, and tried charging us extra (it was worked out after I showed them the receipt). Also, we booked a massage in the spa and the staff were 10 minutes late and we had to remind them we were waiting."

"Every staff member that I interacted with at this hotel (and there were many) were professional, friendly and helpful. I was always greeted and the staff and management went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable.
The rooms here are huge and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel provides all ammenities that you need and the aircon is nice and cool. The location is only a 2 minute walk from Pub Street, and also walkable to the main markets and many restaurants too.
There is also a great sized swimming pool that has a swim up bar with a great drinks menu - awesome way to relax after a hot day exploring Siem Reap.
