Rooms are in real need of renovation. Stained carpets, grubby bathrooms, mouldy ceiling, chipped bath, dirty walls , plug sockets not working well, stained bed linen. We had 2 rooms and both poor.
The bar on the upper foyer is very nice and the location was convenient.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, restaurants in the area. It is a short walk from Westminster Abbey and the London Eye. Quiet hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Foam pillows,rather have duckdown,breakfast not hot enough,having arrived 10 minutes after opening,no excuse for not having hot food,very welcoming staff.
