There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive

Dated hotel, needs upgrading. Amenities were not available & were not communicated. Happy to take our money, but not honest enough to inform us before hand that NO amenities were operational. Even tho the date was said they would be. Very disappointing, certainly dampered our stay as that’s why we primarily booked. Compensation was only offered after I had to push for. Won’t be returning due to feeling deceived, honesty hidden, no communication & overall poor service. Staff also don’t know their computer system & how to inform their customers of vital information. Showers have mould, we had curdled milk, room is in need of upgrade, did not feel like a welcomed or valued customer.

After an 30 hour flight, asked for an early check in on which we were charged £90 extra, which I thought was extornianate, overall cost for one nights stay just under £300. No leeway ...
